Who's behind this?

Axle Network is the umbrella for a set of independently built web projects — each one started because something didn't exist yet, or because the existing options weren't interesting enough.

Everything here is built from scratch. No templates, no frameworks that do most of the work. Just Node.js, a bit of coffee, and a preference for building things properly.
